We welcome Realtor/Broker-Agent Participation.

If you are a Realtor or Broker-Agent and have a client that would like to participate in our Real Estate Auction, we will need the Broker to complete and return to Magna Auction Company the completed "Real Estate Broker-Agent Participation Form" located with the auction listing. This form will need to be completed and submitted no later than 24 hours prior to the auction start time.

All Realtor/Broker-Agent's will be provided a copy of all information related to the property and all information related auctioning of the property.

A predetermined commission as set forth in the Terms and Conditions of sale, will be awarded to the registered broker whose client purchases and closes on the property.
